1. STB is a small company and is willing to go the extra mile to accommodate each customer.

  2. STB normally quotes 1 to 2 weeks to ship an STB product, but we can usually ship within 1 to 3 days. If it’s an emergency that the customer needs the product the next day, we will do whatever necessary to get the product to them on time.

  3. STB has the capability to customize our units to the customer’s specific needs, i.e. longer cable, special voltage reading, lighted dial, etc. We can also make our units with your name, logo, and preferred color.

  4. Our units are durable, lightweight, water resistant, and linear.

  5. STB phasing voltmeters are actually three units in one. They can be used for voltage detection and phasing at capacitance test points, or for voltage detection and phasing on bare energized conductors (overhead or underground). The probes can be separated and used as a voltage sensor or capacitance sensor, making it two units in one. This saves you both time and money. A five position selector switch mounted on the back of the meter housing is used to select voltage sensing on capacitance tap or on direct line and phasing on capacitance tap or direct line or a battery test position.

  6. All STB voltage units under 69kv come standard with a test box.

  7. STB units are completely rebuildable. We repair STB units as well as our competitors’ units. Our repair time is shorter than any other company’s.

  8. The time from which the order is placed to the time when the order is shipped is the shortest in our industry.

  9. STB units are assembled, inspected and tested in house to insure quality.

  10. We also have the flexibility to accommodate rush or emergency orders on a timely basis.

  11. We now offer our units in analog or digital.

  12. All of our units can be changed to have a lighted dial upon request.
