Dipped Rubber Insulating Sleeves                                         

Dipped sleeves are manufactured the same as our rubber insulating gloves. Porcelain forms are dipped into liquefied rubber, dried, trimmed, marked and cured.

• SPECIFY: Voltage Class D1, D2, D3 or D4
• SPECIFY: Size: R(regular), L(large), or XL(extra large)
• SPECIFY: Color: Y(yellow), R(red), B(black), YB(yellow inside, black out, RB(red inside, black out) or YR(yellow inside, red out)

Molded Rubber Insulating Sleeves                                            

Manufactured by either injection or compression molding methods, which offer the ability to produce Type I or SALCOR Type II synthetic rubber sleeves. SALCOR sleeves are resistant to ozone and ultraviolet radiation. Type I sleeves are available in voltage Classes 1, 2, 3 and 4. Type II SALCOR sleeves are available in Classes 1 or 2
Color codes: B(black), Y(yellow), M(maroon), BS(Black SALCOR), OS(orange SALCOR). Size codes: R(regular), L(large), XL(extra large)
Different voltage classes are available in certain sizes and colors as follows:

• Type I Class 1: sizes R,L, color B
• Type I Class 2: size R,X,XL, colors B,Y
• Type I Class 3: sizes R,L color Y
• Type I Class 4: sizes R,L color M
• Type II Class 1: sizes R,L colors BS,OS
• Type II Class 2: sizes R,L,XL colors BS,OS
