Advance Warning That May Save A Life!
The construction industry has experienced far too many injuries
and deaths caused by confused or errant drivers. With lane closures,
inclement weather and more night work, the flaggers and other
construction workers are faced with increased danger from drivers.
The Intruder Alarm Systems are easy to assemble,
efficient warning tools that provide advance audio warning of
possible life threatening danger caused by errant motorists.
When an intruding vehicle penetrates a closed area the transmitter
sends a signal to the alarm unit, activating both the audio and
visual warnings.
The Intruder Alarm System detector unit should
be located as far as possible from the work area to provide the maximum warning
time. Generally it is placed near the start of the taper used
to close a lane. As a minimum, it should be located closer to
the start of the buffer area. The alarm unit should be placed
as near the work area as possible.
The Intruder Alarm System will help insure safety
to your employees at your construction sites and should improve
your safety records. Helping your company to prevent accidents
is our goal!
